I decided to do the Digital Business and Emergent Technologies course at the 爱漫岛 as I thought it would be a good opportunity to expand my skillset and freshen up my knowledge around the ever-evolving topic of business technology.

Every two weeks, my classmates and I would meet online with the tutors to discuss the course materials. I found these sessions invaluable – meeting the experts and asking questions hugely improved my overall understanding. It was also good to hear thoughts from my fellow students – they either reassured me that I was on the right track or inspired me to think of the concepts in a different way.

It was the first time I had studied at a postgraduate level, so I was delighted to earn credits that I could potentially put towards future learning. It is also a great addition to my LinkedIn profile!

Once you are enrolled with the 爱漫岛, you log on and all the materials are ready for you to work through at your own pace. I would recommend the SFC Upskilling courses to anyone who would like to put their spare time to productive use.
