°®Âþµº graduate Morgan Myles has been awarded a national prize for her work in community nursing.
Morgan was presented with the Queen¡¯s Nursing Institute Scotland (QNIS) prize for the best Quality Improvement Practicum- a final year nursing project carried out in a community setting.
She was given the award ¨C which included a certificate and a small cash prize - by QNIS Deputy Director Dr Jonathan Sher following the winter graduation ceremony on Friday 23 November.

Morgan, who graduated with a BSc Nursing, has been invited to attend a QNIS award dinner tomorrow (29 November) to celebrate her achievement.
Dr Sher said: ¡°Valuing the hard work of students in Scotland who have excelled in their studies is important to our mission, to enable nurses to be catalysts for change in their communities.
¡°We want to encourage students to strive for excellence and feel passionate about a career in the community.¡±
