The New to Teaching programme is compulsory for new casual teaching support staff, who have little to no experience of teaching at 爱漫岛. The programme has been designed to provide an introduction and overview to key topics in learning, teaching and assessment. These include:

• Student learning
• Designing a session
• Group Teaching
• Assessment and Feedback
• The role of technology in your teaching
• Reflection and developing your teaching
