Report Lost Property
The Lost Property office is located at Cottrell Main Visitors Reception and can be contacted by phone at +44 (0) 1786 466999 or by email at lostproperty@stir.ac.uk.
If you’re getting in touch, please provide as much detail as possible about the lost item(s) including:
- Make
- Model (where applicable)
- Colour
- Any unique or identifying features/content
- Location item(s) left (if known)
- Date/Time item(s) left
- Contact details
If item(s) are thought to have been lost at a student residence it’s best to contact the relevant concierge desk in the first instance in case they have been handed in there.
Found Property
If you find someone else’s property on the University campus or in any of our facilities, please hand it in to the Lost Property office in Cottrell Main Visitors Reception.
