Book History, Writing and Publishing

This theme is concerned with textual production, reproduction, materiality, circulation and reception. It brings together historically-oriented research in book history and material cultures ¨C for example in the Early Modern period, in eighteenth- and nineteenth-century library history, in textual editing from Medieval Studies to the nineteenth century ¨C with the study and practice of contemporary writing, editing and book cultures, including digital.

Knowledge exchange, research and collaboration across this theme is facilitated by °®Âþµº Centre for °®Âþµº Publishing and Book Cultures and by the Pathfoot Press.
